WELCOME TO KA TA SEE

Our elders always said that Humanity is now moving into the Era of the Heart.
 
For you to know the purpose of being alive,
 
To know the life you came here to live,
 
And what part you came here to play,
 
To help with that move,
 
You need to know your heart.
 
In Ka Ta See, this is part of what is called "Knowing your Song."

WHAT IS SONG?

“Song” is the word our teachers, two Peruvian Shamans Domano and Chea Hetaka and their people, poetically use to describe our totality: the who and what we actually are.

The poetry in this word is chosen by these indigenous people because it speaks more than just the two-dimensional definition that words provide - it stirs up feelings and experience of what the wholeness of being human can mean - it evokes harmonious pleasing sounds and pictures, heartfelt music and harmonies, living colors, a taste of the aliveness that permeates all existence.

It tells of the incredible ancientness and vastness of our own Beingness and the extraordinary beauty and knowledge and gifts that each Beingness contains.

THE DANCE

Hello! I am Kay. In my mid-twenties I fell under the tutelage of two elder shamans from South America, Domano, and Chea Hetaka.

They said they had something to give to me, Ka Ta See: The learning of the ways of balance. They said this is the dance of the stars, to learn how to not be carried off with the tides, but to keep balance. To dance. To give movement of your choosing.
As my apprenticeship of more than 13 years with them came to a close they asked me to write a book to share the teachings of Ka Ta See with the world.

Eventually, I did make the commitment to them that I will share these teachings with all who are interested.
