Sending The Babble Through The Door - A powerful practice of cleaning up your life and helping to clean up and change the world! The best thing you can do for Earth Day, and Every Day!
Earth Day is coming up. Another one of those days that should be an Every Day! Many people celebrate April as Earth Month!
I had a conversation with a friend the other day about Earth Day and how much we have trashed the place.
He said that we trashed the Earth because we have trashed our inside. I agreed and said that what we see on the outside is just a reflection of what we hold on the inside.
We can clean up the trash around the Earth all we want, it won’t stay clean for long unless we clean up our trash on the inside.
In a conversation about our lives, Kay, and mine, our granddaughter said something along the lines that we live a pretty happy life. True enough! :-). And then she said that we just hate the man.
I responded by saying that no, we don’t hate the man because if we hate we just bring more hate into the world.
Then I said that what we see on the outside is just a reflection of what we hold on the inside of ourselves. Which means that the man is just a reflection of what we as a people carry on the inside. And if we hate the man, that means we not only put out more hate into the world but that we hate ourselves at the same time. At least part of ourselves.
So no, we don’t hate the man. We just see him as a mirror and a reminder as to how much healing we still have to do as a people.
Whatever you hold on the inside you create on the outside.
So here is my question. As you go through your day are you walking in love or are you walking in something else?
Let’s take a moment to observe our world and ourselves without putting judgement on any of it. Ka Ta See is a tradition without judgement, they don’t even have a word for judgement in their language. They prefer to observe carefully in order to see what is actually there. So let’s look in the Ka Ta See way.
How long do you manage to walk in love before something triggers your programing and your mind babble and along with it your feelings to go into fear, worries, judgment, self demeaning, resentment, hurt, hate, frustration, anger, all those things that trash your inside and the Earth, your outside?
For how long do you continue then to create the trash and put it out into the world before you realize that you are doing it? And when you realize what you are doing, do you manage to go back to walking in love without any judgement?
And if you manage to get back to love, how long are you able to stay there before your programming of judgement and worries and fear and resentment and hate kicks in again?
That is how we pollute ourselves and how we litter our lives and the Earth with garbage.
Do you want to learn how to stop polluting and start cleaning?
I was hoping you’d say yes!
Start with your own babble inside of yourself.
Here is a short practice of how we do that. This is a practice we teach to clear the babble and discordant energies from ourselves, our lives and the planet:
“The practice is called:
SENDING THE BABBLE THROUGH THE DOOR
In order to clear yourself and clear your immediate environment of your babble and the energies and thoughtforms it creates, you must fill yourself with unconditional love energies and thoughts and with the feeling of your Song.
Fill yourself and fill the space around you.
Let go of the words and feelings of the babble and let the love and Song fill its place.
Ask the Mother Earth to open a special doorway to a world that is like heaven to the discordant energies. Invite the babble and all the discordant energies to go through this door to this special place. Help scoot them along through the door.
When they are all gone, the door will close automatically behind them. Keep filling yourself and the space with the unconditional love and Song.
Repeat as often as needed."
We use this practice not just for cleaning our own inside and our own environment when we need to, but for cleaning discordant thoughtforms and energies everywhere we go and replacing them with unconditional love and Song energies.
We also use this practice in our healing work, but that is a story for another time.
When we do this practice to clean discordant energies everywhere we go, it sometimes feels like a Sisyphean task because we watch how people recreate the thoughtforms we just cleared right there on the spot in front of our eyes.
But that’s just where we are as a people right now. But it has to start somewhere.
So if you want to join us in cleaning the Earth, start using the “Sending The Babble Through The Door” practice. Start with the discordant energies and feelings and thought babble within yourself and in your own environment, and then continue to do it everywhere you go.
We need an army of garbage collectors, sanitation engineers, waste management professionals, all sending babble, discordant energies, and thoughtforms through the door and replacing it all with Song and unconditional love and then we really will start seeing a difference in the world and we will begin to see people move more easefully from hate and fear to love and joy and passion.
So, will you take the job?
